☺ No hidden fees, suprise charges, or forced gratuity. We only have two specific fees to disclose and that is for CrossBorder Xpress (CBX) trips which is $10 for pick ups and drop offs, as well as a $20 fee for pickups from LAX only.

☺ Collectively, our team has over three decades of experience in the transportation industry. 

☺ We send you clear communication upon trip confirmation, and at least 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup so you have peace of mind, knowing that everything is set. We text you a personalized message so you know your ride is on its way. We always aim to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. 

☺ We always track your flight accurately using premium flight tracking software to ensure we are on time to pick you up from the airport. You won't have to worry about flight delays nor arriving early impacting your scheduled ride. Your driver is on top of it. 

☺ We always help with loading and unloading your luggage.

☺ We offer great rates which beat most competitors and drive well-maintained black-on-black (black exterior and black leather interior) vehicles to get you to your destination with reliability and style, but without the exhorbant cost. 

☺ We provide water bottles to help you stay hydrated and cool during your ride. 

☺ We offer free car seats (infant, toddler, and booster seats) for your little loved ones. 

☺ We do not make gratuity mandatory at checkout. The rate you see on our booking tool is the rate you'll pay. There are no other suprise add-ons or charges at checkout. We do however encourage you to tip your driver if you are pleased with the service provided! This can be done online at the checkout screen or paid in cash. Any gratuity paid online will go fully to your assigned driver.
